I Wanted to Stay Strong and Pain-Free. So I Did Something Different


Meet Kiersten. She is a farmer. Her winters are meant for rest—but over time, she started to feel the impact of less movement.

“I was having pain from not moving as much,” she told us. “I wanted to stay strong and pain-free for farm season.”

That’s when she joined Mountain View Wellness.

Kiersten committed to a strength training program that fit her body, her goals, and her off-season schedule. And the results?
