As a coach, I often hear clients say that they hate goals and they don't have any. Where do you fall? I PERSONALLY LOVE GOALS! ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ I love training for events โ whether itโs a powerlifting meet or a race. ๐ฏ But not everyone feels that way.
